Description: Similar enough in form and color to substitute for Pacific Dogwood (Cornus nuttallii), which is native to the Pacific Northwest but very susceptible to Anthracnose. This Pacific/Kousa hybrid is faster-growing than most and vigorous. Strongly upright in youth, rounding somewhat with age. Plentiful flowers in springtime that adorn branches throughout. A must-have for the lover of PNW native gardens.
